Own and build Sembi’s enterprise compliance, risk, third-party risk, customer assurance, and AI governance programs across multiple software brands. Lead SOC 2 audits, risk assessments, vendor reviews, GRC platform implementation, privacy requests, policy and control frameworks, customer security diligence, incident compliance obligations, and compliance team development. Partner closely with Security, Legal, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership.

Own growth strategy, demand generation, pipeline creation, conversion performance, and experimentation for assigned brands or products. Manage paid, organic, and owned campaigns; optimize funnel performance through analytics and A/B testing; collaborate with product, sales, content, lifecycle, and customer success teams; establish brand positioning; manage budgets; and report on qualified leads, pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV.

Lead Sembi’s global renewals organization across six SaaS brands. Own renewal strategy, retention, churn, contraction, bookings, forecasting, CRM discipline, reporting, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. Build consistent renewal processes and playbooks, partner cross-functionally across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Support, and Marketing, and recruit and develop a high-performing global team to create a predictable, customer-centric recurring revenue engine.

Execute in-product engagement and digital community programs using Pendo and community platforms. Build automated customer journeys, create self-service content, segment users, track and optimize engagement metrics, and partner with CSMs, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Own partner onboarding and activation from agreement through first business impact. Build partner relationships, drive training and certification milestones, support partner-led opportunities and marketing initiatives, monitor engagement, and re-engage inactive partners. Track activation, pipeline, revenue, and other performance metrics in HubSpot and Salesforce while creating dashboards, reports, and process improvements. Collaborate across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to grow successful SaaS partnerships.

Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment (primarily Sales Cloud), supporting sales, marketing and customer operations through configuration, reporting, data governance, integrations, user support, and process improvement. Drive system enhancements, testing, training, and Agile delivery; provide support for adjacent SaaS tools (primarily HubSpot) and expand platform ownership over time.

Lead and scale Sembi's global marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, content, partner marketing, events, digital, and communications. Drive launch and positioning of Sembi IQ, establish category and platform leadership, own market segmentation, messaging, competitive analysis, pricing input, and multi-channel pipeline growth. Build measurable revenue frameworks, ABM and enterprise GTM strategies, and scalable operating processes to accelerate ARR and cross-sell across the portfolio.
