Conduct independent research on multi-functional RF front-end III-V MMIC circuits for 6G and New Space. Perform RF and EM design and testing, develop AI-enabled optimization strategies, prepare test plans, reports and IEEE publications, present results, support teaching and lab activities, and complete an MS by Research thesis.

24-month Masters research to develop and demonstrate AI-assisted RF IC design flows. Responsibilities include RF circuit simulation, design and layout using Cadence/Keysight/openEMS, coding AI-assisted methods, disseminating results, participating in outreach, and complying with quality, safety and institute regulations.

Lead research in sustainable, battery-less RF IoT sensing platforms, focusing on resource-efficient component design, sustainable materials, and advanced wireless power transfer (RF-to-DC). Drive prototyping, system demonstrations, secure research funding, supervise students, publish in top-tier venues, and translate work into manufacturable low-environmental-impact solutions.
