The Senior Accountant will support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, GAAP-compliant reporting, revenue recognition, sales tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and accounting documentation. The role will also manage contracts, improve close processes, maintain revenue schedules, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Remote Florida-based employees must visit the Bonita Springs office monthly.

Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls using AI-curated prospect queues, qualify property management software opportunities, and schedule high-intent demos for Account Executives. Follow and adapt call scripts, engage prospects across multiple touchpoints, maintain accurate HubSpot records, share market intelligence, and collaborate with sales teams. Success is measured through activity, qualified meetings, SQLs, pipeline creation, show rates, call quality, and CRM discipline.

Provide inbound SaaS technical support via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot software, accounting, and workflow issues; own tickets end-to-end; escalate complex cases to Tier 2/Engineering; maintain product expertise; contribute to knowledge base and cross-functional process improvements; meet SLAs and CSAT targets.

Lead product vision and roadmap for trust accounting, AP/AR, and owner disbursements. Drive execution with engineering and design, engage customers, embed AI/automation where valuable, write specs, run sprints, and track adoption and compliance-related metrics.

Lead month-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, maintain ASC 606 revenue schedules, coordinate sales tax compliance, support audits, strengthen controls and documentation, and improve accounting processes across the company.
