Build governance metrics, change management, and a governance practice team to drive alignment between IT investments and institutional strategy.

Provide systems administration and secure platform support for research and administrative systems: manage identity and access, install/configure Windows and Red Hat servers, monitor security/events and system performance, lead incident response and remediation, create architecture and disaster recovery documentation, mentor staff, and support infrastructure modernization in a high-security research environment.
