Oversee merchandising, site UX, content, paid acquisition, retention, loyalty, analytics, and financial planning. Lead industrial design from concept through production for cycling and snow sports products. Create sketches, renderings, CAD concepts, and full technical packages. Collaborate with product development, PLM, and manufacturing to ensure aesthetics, ergonomics, performance, safety compliance, cost, and timeline targets are met. Research trends and manufacturing innovations and present concepts to stakeholders.

Handle inbound customer contacts (email, phone, chat) to resolve order, shipment, product, return, warranty, and basic troubleshooting issues within SLAs. Enter and manage orders accurately, document interactions, communicate changes to internal teams, and escalate complex issues following procedures while supporting a collaborative, high-volume environment.
