Lead fixed asset and payroll accounting, manage asset capitalization and depreciation, reconcile ledgers, support capex forecasting, improve processes, supervise and mentor staff, and support audits and compliance across multiple brands and ERPs.

Provide B2C support via inbound calls, email, and chat for order status, product inquiries, warranties, returns, and general assistance. Proactively engage customers to drive loyalty and lifetime value, meet SLAs and daily KPIs, support outbound campaigns and occasional wholesale inquiries, maintain product and promotion knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets and delight customers.

Sell, merchandise, and maintain inventory for assigned territory by calling on existing and prospective B2B accounts. Manage account relationships, conduct product training and visual merchandising, generate sales orders, complete forecasting and reports, collaborate with inside sales and support staff, and travel significantly within the territory and to corporate meetings.
