Own and improve the reliability, security, and operability of a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure, production operations, incident response, observability, server lifecycle management, deployment automation, networking, compliance controls, and backend troubleshooting in C#/.NET environments. The role leads platform initiatives, resolves complex technical issues, improves recovery and release practices, supports SOC 2 compliance, and mentors engineers across cross-functional teams.

The Software Engineer will deliver features across the SDLC, write clean code, collaborate with teams, and support system reliability, while growing towards a Senior Engineer role.
