Design and build a customer education program: produce instructional videos, create visual explainers and onboarding journeys, author knowledge base content, interview SMEs, and improve product adoption for Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, and CubX services.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, prepare briefing materials, take meeting notes, drive follow-through across teams, handle confidential communications, coordinate office logistics, and create systems to improve executive efficiency.

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for business clients across Windows, macOS, and mobile; manage ticket queues; perform Microsoft 365 user and device tasks (Entra ID/Intune); troubleshoot desktop, hardware, and basic networking issues; maintain documentation; assist with onboarding and minor projects; participate in rotating on-call duties and proactively resolve issues.

Provide Level 2 help desk support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD; configure networking and firewall hardware; manage endpoints with Intune and Autopilot; handle ITSM tickets; assist with on-site projects, after-hours/on-call support, and client training while proactively remediating issues.

Provide Tier 2 IT support and administration for client environments: Microsoft 365, endpoint management (Intune/Autopilot), networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls), Azure AD, email security, hardware/software troubleshooting, ticketing/ITSM, project work, occasional after-hours support, and client training.
