Own a problem space and run end-to-end discovery cycles to shape roadmap and product strategy.

Lead development and ownership of end-to-end evaluation and agentic systems. Build agent graphs, create golden datasets, implement LLM-as-judge pipelines, CI gating, reliability fixes, and production tracing to ensure trustworthy agent deployments.

Serve as a technical, customer-facing pre-sales engineer for Synera: design and deliver tailored demos and workflows, translate customer challenges into technical solutions, drive revenue with Sales, advise engineering teams, support handoffs to Customer Success, build ROI narratives, and travel frequently to meet customers (≈30–40%).
