Support the Compliance team to manage regulatory and financial crime risks across Ki's regulated entities. Monitor controls, investigate exceptions, produce MI and reports, advise on licensing and sanctions, support compliance monitoring and policy development, deliver training, and engage stakeholders and regulators to embed a strong compliance culture.

The role involves managing non-natural catastrophe risks, developing models, automating workflows, and collaborating with underwriting teams to enhance risk understanding and reporting.

Support onboarding, monitoring, and governance of delegated underwriting arrangements. Perform due diligence, quality checks, broker management, reporting, audit support, and risk escalation. Work with underwriters and stakeholders to maintain controls, ensure regulatory compliance (Lloyd's/FCA), and drive process improvements.

Manage and execute Ki's outward reinsurance placement across lines of business. Structure and optimise reinsurance programmes, produce MI and analysis, liaise with brokers and reinsurers, support capital market transactions, and ensure timely reporting to inform strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications and APIs across a modern web stack. Collaborate with product and UX to implement features, ensure quality via testing and CI/CD, assess architecture, prototype new ideas, and support cloud infrastructure and observability.
