Lead end-to-end procurement for US renewable energy projects including category strategy, RFI/RFP management, supplier selection, contract negotiation (EPC/services), and supplier performance management. Partner with engineering, finance, legal and project teams to meet cost, schedule, quality and risk objectives while ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end treasury operations including timely statutory and vendor payments, bank relationships, LC/BG and trade finance, FEMA/FDI compliance, account openings and closures, cash MIS and BRS, ERP payment integrations, and coordination with accounts and bankers to support project cash needs.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Americas including workforce reporting, full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), benefits administration, payroll/HRIS support, compliance, and HR process improvement. Partner with HR Business Partner on employee relations and HR projects.

Provide senior legal leadership for land acquisition, project finance, commercial contracts, M&A, compliance tracking, and cross-functional legal support for renewable energy projects across the Americas.

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day production, manage supply chains and logistics, ensure safety compliance, and lead operational teams for a new recycling plant.

The role involves forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and developing tools for executive decision-making in a renewable energy context.
