Lead Expo Centric’s project delivery function, overseeing complex exhibition, event, and brand-environment projects from concept handover through production, logistics, installation, and client completion. Manage delivery teams, budgets, suppliers, timelines, margins, technical reviews, risk controls, and process improvements across multiple locations. Partner with account management, design, production, and external partners to ensure projects are technically feasible, commercially viable, high quality, and delivered successfully.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, aged debtor follow-up, payment allocation, bank reconciliations, billing dispute resolution, credit reviews, account maintenance, month-end support, and financial reporting. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, collaboration with Operations and Customer Service, process improvement, confidentiality, and proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Build and lead a group procurement function across Australian manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, international supplier development with a focus on China, supplier negotiations, lifecycle and performance management, spend analysis, purchasing consolidation, inventory planning, risk management, and measurable cost savings. The role partners with Finance, Operations, factories, and inventory teams and may involve developing purchasing support in the Philippines.

Manage day-to-day operations for trade shows and exhibitions, coordinating logistics, suppliers, labour, freight, travel and schedules. Monitor KPIs, identify risks, implement process improvements, support budgeting and cost tracking, maintain documentation and compliance, and lead the operations team to ensure successful project delivery.

Translate 3D design concepts into fabrication-ready technical drawings and CNC files using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare and optimise CAM/CNC files, maintain Revit templates and libraries, collaborate with design and project teams, support fabrication and installation, produce artwork specs, assist with 3D visualisations, and mentor junior staff to ensure buildable exhibition stands.

Work directly with the CEO to solve business and operational problems: research markets and investments, produce recommendations, communicate with senior stakeholders, drive projects from concept to execution, and create structure in fast-moving environments without step-by-step direction.

Drive new B2B sales by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with Marketing Managers and key stakeholders. Manage your own pipeline, turn briefs into compelling exhibition solutions, close deals, and grow accounts while learning Expo Centric’s products to deliver creative, trusted outcomes.

Lead thought leadership and growth marketing for Expo Centric: define POV, create high-impact content and sales enablement, build repeatable content systems, partner with CEO and Sales, and use HubSpot to measure engagement and revenue impact.

Own and optimize marketing operations and the HubSpot CRM, manage website/CMS and landing pages, build integrated digital campaigns, track attribution and commercial outcomes, coordinate suppliers, and improve lead quality and performance through data-driven optimisation.

Own end-to-end delivery of exhibition and brand experience projects: manage clients, proposals, budgets, timelines and suppliers; coordinate design, production and on-site execution; maintain project data in HubSpot and AroFlo; resolve issues during bump-in/bump-out and drive post-show review to ensure margins and client satisfaction.
