Own a portfolio of customer accounts from post-onboarding through renewal, driving retention, expansion, and adoption. Proactively monitor account health, run regular check-ins and business reviews, coach customers on outbound best practices, document account plans in CRM, escalate blockers, provide product feedback, mentor CSMs, and meet retention and expansion targets. Support occurs during customer business hours (generally 8am-5pm CT).

Qualify inbound leads, route and book demos, generate outbound pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn and events, run SMB demos, and train toward a full-cycle Account Executive role while supporting marketing and AI sales assistants.
