Reconciles vendor accounts and ledgers, investigates discrepancies, maintains financial documentation, generates payable reports, and supports compliance involving W-9s, sales tax, and vendor records. Partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure proper coding, approvals, and timely payments, including international wire payments.
