Maintains project files, retrieves documentation from COR3 and FEMA systems, conducts eligibility reviews, and submits findings and recommendations to management. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, local Puerto Rico residency, and federally funded grant auditing experience.

Reviews CDBG-DR applications for completeness, accuracy, eligibility, and regulatory compliance. Communicates with applicants, supports intake and program promotion, resolves documentation issues, manages a high-volume caseload, performs calculations, and provides timely customer service. The role also supports reporting, monitoring, applicant consultation, process improvement, and other case-management project activities.

Corps members will coordinate emergency operations, conduct needs assessments, manage logistics, and are prepared for rapid deployment during disasters.
