Manage site-specific sourcing and procurement, onboard and qualify suppliers with quality/regulatory/legal teams, align procurement to development milestones, monitor supply-chain risks and lead times, drive supplier engagement and cost tracking, and use ERP and Microsoft Office tools to support manufacturing operations.

Ensure mechanical designs are manufacturable and production-ready: review tolerances/GD&T, prepare documentation, manage suppliers and prototype builds, handle nonconformances and root-cause actions, maintain PLM/ERP part data, and drive process improvements to scale satellite hardware manufacturing.

Lead design, integration, testing, qualification and on-orbit support for Hall Effect Thruster propulsion and peripheral systems. Define requirements, perform plasma and thermal modeling, run lab and flight characterization, manage suppliers, and drive production-readiness and anomaly investigations across multidisciplinary teams.

Design, document, and deliver production facility layouts and BOMs; lead on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification; adapt designs for local regulations; validate readiness and formally hand over facilities for satellite integration.

Own manufacturability of electronic hardware from prototype to production. Review schematics and PCB layouts for DFM, drive DFM/DFA reviews, manage ECOs and PCB/PCBA documentation, support test strategies, apply IPC standards for failure analysis, evaluate component footprints, and manage PCB/PCBA supplier relationships.

Deploy and integrate ICEYEs intelligence platform into secure, often air-gapped environments. Build containerized applications, data pipelines, RAG systems, and AI agents (LangChain/LangGraph). Fuse SAR and multi-source intelligence, prototype mission-focused tools, train analysts, and iterate with customer feedback. Travel ~40-60% and obtain high-level national/NATO security clearances.
