Operate and maintain on-prem/hybrid ground-segment systems delivering satellite data. Deploy and upgrade software, troubleshoot across hardware, networking, vSphere, Linux, Kubernetes and applications, provide technical customer support, participate in on-call rotation, and drive continuous improvements to processes and documentation.

Place and track purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and work with GMI, logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely availability of critical manufacturing components. Regularly travel to manufacturing sites to support procurement and supplier management.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex satellite mission programs in the UAE, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and customer relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality mission outcomes.

Lead sovereign satellite and ISR mission sales to Indonesian government customers. Own full sales cycle, build strategic government relationships, manage pipeline and capture plans, coordinate proposals and cross-functional delivery, represent ICEYE in-market, and maintain CRM and market intelligence.

Take technical ownership of the Orbit Control Python codebase to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain ground-segment software that controls satellite orbits. Improve telemetry analysis, monitoring, alerting, and debugging of distributed, high-reliability systems. Collaborate with orbital mechanics and mission teams, define V&V procedures, promote strong engineering practices (automated testing, CI/CD, observability), and mentor junior engineers.

Design, operate, and automate ICEYE's Linux desktop and laptop environment. Maintain secure, scalable endpoints with IaC/GitOps, configuration management, endpoint security controls, scripting automation, and cross-team support and documentation.
