Serve as the office front desk first point of contact: welcome visitors, manage phone and visitor registration, coordinate meeting rooms and deliveries, support mail, supplies, vendor coordination, onboarding, and general administrative tasks to keep the reception and common areas organized and compliant with security procedures.

Operate and maintain electric propulsion systems across ICEYE's satellite fleet: oversee commissioning and orbit raising, manage on-orbit and on-ground anomalies, coordinate with hardware suppliers, define and improve propulsion verification and operational procedures to ensure safe, reliable fleet performance.

Define and maintain DFM/DFX design standards and gate criteria to move satellite designs to industrial maturity. Specify production line, automation, and facility requirements; collaborate with Engineering, AIT, Production, and Global Manufacturing to gather inputs, build tooling, and track MRL metrics. Act as technical reviewer at design gates and translate field/design feedback into standard updates.

Take technical ownership of the Orbit Control Python codebase to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain ground-segment software that controls satellite orbits. Improve telemetry analysis, monitoring, alerting, and debugging of distributed, high-reliability systems. Collaborate with orbital mechanics and mission teams, define V&V procedures, promote strong engineering practices (automated testing, CI/CD, observability), and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop and maintain satellite Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and test systems combining electronics, embedded software and Python-based automation. Support AIT and Production in running, troubleshooting and improving RF and satellite-level test setups, implement/debug embedded C/C++ on ARM MCUs, design electronics schematics, automate instruments with PyVISA, and produce clear documentation.

Own and evolve a secure, scalable Kubernetes platform across cloud and on-prem. Build standardized platform capabilities, Terraform modules, and automation. Improve observability, reduce friction for product teams, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineers to raise platform maturity.

Lead assembly, integration, and testing of on-board computer and SDR-based communications subsystems. Inspect and verify hardware, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, improve DFM/DFT and production ramp-up, produce test procedures and technical documentation, and coordinate cross-functional integration and reliability efforts to ensure mission success.

Serve as the Directors technical and operational partner for MAITE (Manufacturing & AIT). Provide director coverage, lead meetings, drive cross-functional improvement projects (e.g., MES), maintain organizational tracking and dashboards, plan offsites, and ensure continuity of decisions and follow-through across production and integration teams.

Lead design and implementation of automated tests and frameworks, own test strategy across component/integration/system levels, stabilize production-like test environments (including satellite test assets) through automation, coach teams on testing, and continuously improve release reliability and test coverage.
