Lead ICEYE UAE marketing and communications: set local strategy, build the team and agency network, run PR, events, digital and thought-leadership campaigns, localize messaging, support sales enablement, manage budget and KPIs, and advise executive leadership on stakeholder engagement and reputation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of ESA/EU-funded satellite mission programs: support bids, manage contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, control scope/schedule/budget, mitigate risks, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with ESA, national agencies, and partners to ensure on-time, compliant mission delivery.

Lead sovereign satellite and ISR mission sales across the Nordics. Own full sales cycle from opportunity identification to multi-year deal closure, build government relationships, manage pipeline and capture plans, coordinate proposals, and collaborate with Missions and Data teams to ensure delivery and customer success.

Design and develop satellite structures and deployable mechanisms, collaborate with manufacturers, solve complex mechanical challenges, balance rapid concept work with process discipline, and interface across engineering teams to deliver space-qualified hardware.

Design, develop, and own embedded electronics for spacecraft AOCS from schematic and layout through verification and on-orbit support. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to define interfaces, perform testing, troubleshoot in-orbit issues, and produce documentation for mission-critical, fault-tolerant systems.

Serve as the office front desk first point of contact: welcome visitors, manage phone and visitor registration, coordinate meeting rooms and deliveries, support mail, supplies, vendor coordination, onboarding, and general administrative tasks to keep the reception and common areas organized and compliant with security procedures.

Lead and mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk & Compliance program across multiple countries. Own ISO 27001 ISMS, map and operationalise NIS2 and CRA requirements, maintain crosswalks to NIST and other frameworks, run third-party risk assessments, support audits and certifications, produce leadership risk reporting, and maintain practical security policies.

Lead development and ownership of internal agentic AI tooling for Operations. Build infrastructure, pipelines, monitoring, and deployment practices for reliable production operation. Identify new agentic workflow opportunities, partner with engineering teams, and prepare for on‑prem/locally hosted model deployments. Drive observability, AIOps, and MLOps practices.

Operate and maintain electric propulsion systems across ICEYE's satellite fleet: oversee commissioning and orbit raising, manage on-orbit and on-ground anomalies, coordinate with hardware suppliers, define and improve propulsion verification and operational procedures to ensure safe, reliable fleet performance.

Define and maintain DFM/DFX design standards and gate criteria to move satellite designs to industrial maturity. Specify production line, automation, and facility requirements; collaborate with Engineering, AIT, Production, and Global Manufacturing to gather inputs, build tooling, and track MRL metrics. Act as technical reviewer at design gates and translate field/design feedback into standard updates.
