Own end-to-end product slices across backend and frontend: build production-ready APIs and UIs, participate in on-call rotations, improve observability and CI, automate toil, design maintainable architectures, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data while mentoring peers.

Design and execute qualification test plans for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics; develop test procedures and automated test systems (EGSE, fixtures); analyze data and perform root-cause analysis; support production/AIT and scale testing; collaborate with design engineers to improve robustness and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain FPGA components for ICEYE satellites; prototype and validate new features and data processing capabilities; collaborate with hardware, embedded Linux, and software teams; support on-orbit testing, system bring-up, and performance optimisation.

Lead design and implementation of automated tests and frameworks, own test strategy across component/integration/system levels, stabilize production-like test environments (including satellite test assets) through automation, coach teams on testing, and continuously improve release reliability and test coverage.

Support live natural catastrophe events by translating satellite imagery and geospatial data into rapid, accurate intelligence for insurers, governments, and responders. Activate, verify, and deliver analysis per SOPs and SLAs, perform quality checks, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to process and tooling improvements.

Serve as the Directors technical and operational partner for MAITE (Manufacturing & AIT). Provide director coverage, lead meetings, drive cross-functional improvement projects (e.g., MES), maintain organizational tracking and dashboards, plan offsites, and ensure continuity of decisions and follow-through across production and integration teams.

Ensure mechanical designs are manufacturable and production-ready: review tolerances/GD&T, prepare documentation, manage suppliers and prototype builds, handle nonconformances and root-cause actions, maintain PLM/ERP part data, and drive process improvements to scale satellite hardware manufacturing.

Develop and maintain Python-based test automation for satellite subsystem production. Support AIT engineers and operators, troubleshoot test failures, automate lab instruments, improve test suites and CI pipelines, document procedures, and collaborate to raise reliability and usability of production test stations.

Lead supplier quality for high-reliability electronics: perform supplier selection and audits, define and enforce technical/quality requirements, manage qualifications, approvals, change control, non-conformances, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering and supply chain to ensure manufacturability and reliable supplier performance.
