Develop and maintain the satellite onboard software update system, including features, testing, documentation, build infrastructure, packaging, signing, and release integrity controls. Build reproducible cross-compiled embedded Linux artifacts for ARM targets and ensure safe installation on satellites. Own electronics and power subsystem integration readiness for ICEYE satellites from design review through production readiness, verification, and production support. Develop production-ready procedures, troubleshoot integration anomalies, provide Tier-2 technical support, drive root-cause and corrective actions, assess manufacturability and testability, and mentor production technicians. The role covers power management, batteries, solar panels, electrical interfaces, firmware boot logic, documentation, and manufacturing readiness improvements.

Build ICEYE’s design system from the ground up, starting with Figma libraries and playbooks and expanding into token architecture, coded components, and scalable documentation. Partner closely with frontend engineers, read and contribute to code, drive adoption across product teams, perform migration work, and establish a high craft standard. Apply AI to documentation, variant generation, token maintenance, and migration workflows while owning adoption, consistency, and shipped product quality.

Hands-on role executing assembly, integration, and testing of satellite subsystems and optical payloads in cleanroom production. Perform optical alignment and metrology, define and run integration and acceptance tests, troubleshoot non-conformances with root-cause analysis, develop process plans and documentation, interface with engineering teams and suppliers, and support tooling and scalable AIT processes for production ramp-up.

Lead financial management for ICEYE Japan, overseeing budgeting, FP&A, full-cycle accounting, compliance with Japanese GAAP and tax, cash and liquidity planning, ERP optimization, and stakeholder collaboration with global teams. Coordinate audits, tax filings, transfer pricing, and drive process improvements while managing local finance resources or external providers.

Own and continuously improve ICEYE’s production observability platform across metrics, logs, and traces. Establish instrumentation standards, OpenTelemetry adoption, SLOs, SLIs, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks. Reduce operational noise, support incident response, and enable engineering teams to diagnose issues faster. Manage platform reliability, scalability, cost, retention, sampling, and cardinality while providing technical direction and treating observability as a product.

Supports FP&A reporting, management dashboards, variance analysis, financial modeling, investment and M&A analysis, market research, and cross-functional finance projects. Maintains planning templates and supports BI and planning tool adoption while partnering with stakeholders across the business. The role offers early-career exposure to strategic finance and business decision-making.

Design and evolve ICEYE’s brand identity across presentations, documents, event graphics, print, digital, social, and scalable brand templates. Own projects from concept through production, collaborating with printers, agencies, studios, and vendors. The role requires strong typography, layout, presentation design, print-production expertise, Figma, and Adobe skills. Motion, video, 3D, data visualization, and AI-augmented workflows are useful supplementary capabilities.
