The Key Account Manager will manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and account growth, negotiate sale terms, and maintain accuracy in reporting.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will provide logistics support, manage order entries, dispatching, traffic coordination, and maintain customer profiles. You will monitor pickups and deliveries, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any discrepancies in orders.

Manage branch key accounts by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, resolving shipment issues, preparing loads for accounting, and communicating shipment and billing updates to customers and internal teams.

Identify and develop leads (cold calls and research), negotiate rates, secure load volume, maintain customer relationships, update internal systems, ensure shipment integrity, and track billing and invoicing to support revenue growth.

Manage the end-to-end digital content lifecycle: research, interview SMEs, write and optimize SEO/AEO content, publish in CMS, run social strategy and scheduling, support multi-channel campaigns, refresh underperforming content, and leverage GenAI for research and production.

Support sales by managing key accounts, enter and track loads in the TMS, schedule pickups/deliveries, communicate shipment status, resolve shipment issues, prepare load data for accounting, and monitor reporting.

Perform order entry, routing, dispatch, and traffic coordination. Monitor pickups/deliveries, update account managers and customers on load status, investigate shortages/damages, schedule delivery appointments, and provide routing instructions to drivers.
