Lead a 15–20 person last-mile warehouse team to receive, pick, dispatch, and deliver orders. Use metrics to improve operations, train staff and contract carriers, manage dispatch and routing, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity while resolving daily operational issues.

Manage daily last-mile operations including overseeing contract carriers and dispatch, route planning and optimization, staff hiring/training/mentoring, compliance with warehouse policies, resolving operational issues, and allocating resources to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.

Manage daily LTL account operations including tracking shipments, monitoring load boards, selecting carriers and service levels, handling freight classification and pricing for quotes, resolving shipment issues, and building relationships with customers and carriers to ensure profitable, compliant, and timely service.

Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for top clients, grow and renew accounts, negotiate rates and carrier terms, ensure shipment integrity and accurate billing, update internal tracking/reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs and sales goals.

Sell brokerage services to new and existing customers by sourcing leads, cold calling, negotiating rates, coordinating carriers and equipment, maintaining shipment integrity, and updating sales and volume tracking systems to meet targets.

Enter and manage loads in the TMS, coordinate routing and dispatch, monitor pickups/deliveries, communicate status to account managers/customers, investigate shipment issues, and schedule delivery appointments.

Coordinate and monitor home delivery operations with contract carriers, build efficient routes, dispatch carriers, resolve delivery and inventory issues, coach dispatch and warehouse staff, analyze delivery performance and VOC reports, and travel to sites to meet client expectations.

Support sales and manage key accounts by entering loads into the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments end-to-end, resolving shipment issues, communicating status to customers, preparing loads for accounting, and monitoring reports to ensure accurate, timely service.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing/dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating status to account managers/customers, taking driver check calls, documenting overages/damages, scheduling/rescheduling delivery appointments, and routing instructions for drivers.

Manage branch key accounts by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, resolving shipment issues, preparing loads for accounting, and communicating shipment and billing status to customers and internal teams.
