Provides logistics support by entering customer loads, coordinating routing and dispatch, monitoring pickups and deliveries, communicating shipment status, validating load data, investigating discrepancies or damages, scheduling delivery appointments, and directing drivers. Requires at least one year of logistics experience and supports transportation operations across customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers.

Manages relationships with RXO’s key clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Generates and develops leads through research and cold calling, negotiates customer rates, secures sales and freight volume, maintains customer relationships, coordinates carriers and equipment, ensures shipment compliance, updates tracking systems, and verifies billing and invoicing accuracy.

Generate new sales revenue and identify business opportunities across North America through prospecting, heavy cold calling, account nurturing, quoting, negotiating pricing and services, and maintaining CRM/operating system data.

Schedule, coordinate, and monitor drivers and equipment to ensure timely, accurate shipments. Track and troubleshoot shipments, enter and audit data in TMS, generate reports, and communicate with customers and operations team.

Identify and develop new small- and medium-sized customer leads, cold call prospects, negotiate rates, secure profitable loads, maintain account and shipment integrity, update tracking systems, and support billing and invoicing to drive revenue and volume growth.
