Serve as named vCISO for managed clients: lead executive relationships, maintain quarterly security roadmaps, perform NIST CSF 2.0 control-gap assessments, oversee patching and vulnerability KPIs, produce business-focused reporting, document decisions in Autotask, and coordinate incident escalation and response with the service desk.
