Own the company’s internal IT function, including identity and access, Microsoft 365 and Entra, Intune/MDM, endpoint compliance, hardware lifecycle, onboarding, and on-site office IT. Maintain IT-owned SOC 2 and Vanta controls, access reviews, and device compliance. Deliver technical projects involving automation, AI/MCP, and DevOps while documenting runbooks and improving system reliability, security, and efficiency.

Provides precise, timely technical support across customer accounts. Responsibilities include authoring and QAing schema markup, monitoring deployments, maintaining templates and documentation, resolving support tickets, assisting with integration testing, preparing reports and QBR materials, identifying anomalies, and escalating complex issues. The role partners with Customer Success, Implementations, and Product teams while contributing to workflow improvements, bug reporting, and scalable process enhancements.

Own complex customer technical escalations involving APIs, CMS platforms, CDN and edge environments, SSR, and agentic workflows. Diagnose issues with customer developers, lead integrations, contribute fixes and reusable adapters through engineering workflows, and create documentation and enablement materials. The role balances customer-facing technical delivery with productization, automation, GenAI-assisted investigation, and scalable integration patterns.

Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers as a trusted advisor. Drive renewals, expansion, adoption, and measurable outcomes through strategic account plans, executive QBRs, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional partnership. Advocate customer needs to Product, monitor health and risks, and lead commercial conversations to meet NRR and retention targets.

Lead product execution and adoption by running sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases, and UAT; use data and customer insights to drive roadmap prioritization; own GTM launch enablement with Marketing and Customer Success; apply and coach product frameworks across teams; use AI/agentic tools thoughtfully; communicate roadmaps and releases to stakeholders and customers.
