Outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for researching prospects, generating qualified meetings, and meeting daily activity KPIs using sales tools. Maintain HubSpot CRM, collaborate with AEs and cross-functional teams, attend trainings, and pursue quota (10 SQOs/month). Role may be internal or customer-facing and can progress to Account Executive.

Own end-to-end customer success for enterprise accounts: onboarding, implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Ensure customers realize value quickly, configure product and workflows, monitor usage, mitigate churn, drive expansion, advise on HubSpot/Salesforce and GTM stacks, and surface voice-of-customer to Product and Support.

Own end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through renewal. Lead implementations, drive adoption and value, identify expansion opportunities, manage renewals, and scale CS playbooks through cross-functional partnership to improve retention and growth.

Lead architecture and implementation of autonomous inbound/outbound AI agents, build scalable LLM ops and signal-intelligence data pipelines, integrate identity resolution and third-party CRM systems, and maintain production-ready, well-documented systems for Series B diligence.
