Own the retention strategy and health of the subscriber base for a growing DTC wellness brand. Responsibilities include cohort analysis, LTV modeling, retention reporting, subscription optimization, loyalty and referral programs, cross-sell strategy, AI-driven automation, and collaboration across product, marketing, creative, technology, and analytics. The role leads efforts to reduce churn, increase repeat purchases and lifetime value, and build a retention team.
