Lead and manage the Cyber Liability underwriting function, set strategic and operational objectives, delegate authority, approve referrals, oversee team performance, conduct peer reviews, liaise with carriers/reinsurers, identify market opportunities, and ensure alignment with senior leadership and KPIs.

Manage the Jira support queue, ensure SLAs, triage and troubleshoot production issues, run simple DB queries, develop and maintain Python import/export scripts, perform root-cause analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
