Drive full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales for net-new logos, managing prospecting through executive alignment and close. Build and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, navigate complex stakeholder, security, legal, and procurement processes, and convert product-led usage into commercial agreements. Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline while partnering with Customer Success, Product, Sales Operations, and leadership. The role requires relationship-driven enterprise selling to organizations with 3,000+ employees and deal sizes of $100K–$300K ACV.

Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube to drive user and pipeline growth. Manage the transition of a six-figure monthly media budget from an external agency, expand acquisition through emerging platforms, and partner on attribution using GA4, GTM, and HubSpot. Collaborate with design, product marketing, and sales on campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and target personas while testing new channels and leveraging AI and LLMs.

Support SaaS customers by answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, maintaining documentation, and identifying recurring needs. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to improve support processes and the platform experience. The role requires strong communication, empathy, analytical problem-solving, product expertise, initiative, and independent work. This is a hybrid NYC position with 9 AM–5 PM ET hours.

Own Guidde’s internal product suite, including full-stack applications, dashboards, AI agent workflows, automation pipelines, and custom APIs. Build data-driven tools for Product, Customer Success, Sales, and executives; transform data models into usable interfaces and automated actions; and manage deployment, containerization, observability, and CI/CD. The role provides technical leadership, makes architectural decisions, partners with data teams, and translates business challenges into reliable software.

Responsible for owning the full commercial sales cycle, leading demos, closing deals, nurturing accounts, and leveraging AI for workflow improvements.

Drive full-cycle net-new enterprise sales (3,000+ employee accounts) for an AI-enabled digital adoption platform. Close $100K–$300K ACV deals, build and manage a growing book for expansion, navigate complex stakeholders (security, legal, procurement), convert PLG usage into commercial agreements, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding and account health.

Provide hands-on SaaS product support, troubleshoot customer issues, gather feedback to influence product, collaborate with CX/Product/Engineering, and create internal and customer-facing documentation to improve self-service.
