Provide technical consulting and solution implementation for Atlassian products, including requirements analysis, solution design, installations, upgrades, migrations, workflow configuration, scripting, database operations, REST integrations, and system administration. Support pre-sales through estimates and proposals, present solutions to customers, produce technical reports, share knowledge internally, and travel to client sites when necessary.

Develops enterprise sales pipeline for DevOps and developer experience transformation across DACH. Advises CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders through discovery workshops, maturity assessments, business cases, and transformation roadmaps. Leads complex sales opportunities, negotiations, partner co-sell motions, and executive engagements involving DevOps, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, observability, and AI-enabled software delivery. Coordinates account, presales, delivery, and partner teams while serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.

Develops enterprise sales pipeline and leads complex customer engagements for DevOps, developer experience, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud-native, observability, and AI-enabled software delivery solutions across DACH. Advises technology executives, conducts assessments and workshops, builds transformation roadmaps and business cases, manages MEDDPICC-qualified opportunities through closure, negotiates commercially, and develops partner co-sell relationships and thought leadership.

Owns specialist enterprise sales opportunities for DevOps, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, observability, and AI-enabled software delivery solutions across the UK and Ireland. Generates pipeline, advises executive stakeholders, leads discovery and maturity workshops, develops transformation roadmaps and business cases, manages complex sales cycles, negotiates commercial agreements, and coordinates internal and ecosystem partner teams. Builds relationships with technology partners and serves as a trusted advisor on software engineering transformation.
