Provide outsourced remote administration and support for Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk), respond to customer requests, configure projects, permissions and workflows, implement automation and add‑ons (e.g., ScriptRunner), communicate with clients, follow security protocols, and record work and time across multiple clients.

Provide technical consultancy and hands-on implementation for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), integrations, migrations, upgrades, scripting (ScriptRunner/Groovy/Python), cloud setups, system administration, and pre-sales solution design and proposals. Travel to client sites as required.

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites (Selenium); integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; define testing strategies across the SDLC; track and document defects; collaborate with developers and product teams; consume APIs with Postman; improve QA processes, defect management, and test environments (including HIL where required); ensure compliance with quality and cybersecurity standards.
