Design safe extensions and integrations with ERP, PIM, OMS, and CRM systems; review critical code; maintain backward compatibility; reduce regression risk; diagnose complex issues; and guide engineers through incremental improvements. The role also includes technical discovery, pre-sales assessments, architectural documentation, and communication of technical trade-offs.
