Sell company packaging equipment and promotional programs across the Southeast territory via direct and distributor channels. Build relationships, implement sales strategy, train distributors, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Provide remote and field technical support for Pattyn packaging systems across North America. Troubleshoot electrical, PLC (Structured Text), pneumatic, mechanical, motor control, sensors, and encoders; log and prioritize cases in CRM; communicate with customers and internal teams; escalate complex issues to R&D or factories; travel 10-20% and work a 4x10 schedule with overtime eligibility.

Lead strategy and execution for integrated automation and material handling solutions across the Americas. Oversee large-scale, multi-site projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; standardize engineering, installation, and aftermarket processes; drive KPI-based continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally and build high-performing teams.

Work with sales and customers to design material-handling solutions, estimate costs, develop schedules, solicit vendor quotes, create proposals and pricing documents, maintain drawing libraries, and support process improvements while staying current on industry technologies.

Support all aspects of Accounts Receivable including EDI invoicing, invoice generation, payment posting, collections, credit management, AR aging, reconciliations, month-end support, and AR process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Lifecycle Services, and IT.
