Own a portfolio of music industry clients on the TraceID platform: onboard customers, act as primary contact, report on unauthorized GenAI content and removal progress, identify licensing opportunities, liaise with Product/Engineering, run business reviews, monitor adoption, and drive customer satisfaction and expansion.
