Create, manage, QA, and optimize ad units and widgets; build processes to improve ad efficiency; analyze performance and report insights; troubleshoot ad/account/policy issues; collaborate with Sales and Dev; learn internal systems to support stakeholders.

Builds and maintains sponsorship reporting systems and dashboards, produces client-ready reports and trackers, monitors portfolio and AI/LLM visibility metrics, ensures data quality and timely delivery, coordinates cross-functional project timelines, and supports sales materials and meetings to drive renewals and account growth.

Own and grow publisher partnerships: manage communications, identify and execute growth opportunities, prospect new partners, analyze performance data, coordinate cross-functionally, and resolve partner issues.
