The Software Development Engineer will develop cloud-based applications, manage product features, participate in Agile processes, and support customer needs.

Monitor and backstop cloud automation 24x7x365, manage incidents and alerts, lead major incident bridges, engage customers and executives via phone, email, and tickets, and perform initial investigations.

Build and lead CloudFit's subcontracting function for federal prime contracts: create policies, manage full subcontract lifecycle, ensure FAR/DFARS flowdowns and CPSR readiness, vet subcontractors, monitor performance, support proposals, and maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance controls.
