The System Administrator & Automation Specialist will manage IT operations jobs through Control-M, enhance automation, ensure high availability, and support disaster recovery tasks.

Lead application support for the bank’s core banking and digital ecosystem, ensuring stability, resilience, and controlled change across hybrid cloud environments. Own RTB and CTB operating models, govern vendor/managed-service delivery, embed ITIL/SRE practices, adopt AI-enabled capabilities, and support governance, risk, and regulatory readiness while developing high-performing, distributed teams.

Plan and execute risk-based internal audits of Treasury, Financial Markets, and Risk Management; perform annual risk assessments and ad-hoc reviews; document findings, agree action plans, track issue closures, manage stakeholder relationships, deliver audit reports on time and within budget, and maintain professional development and regulatory awareness.
