Lead HR compliance, payroll accuracy, and industrial relations for a 1,100+ workforce. Design scalable HR processes, manage end-to-end payroll and statutory returns, oversee disciplinary and CCMA matters, build HR dashboards and reporting, ensure compliance with South African labour and data protection laws, and manage salary budget tracking and forecasting.

Manage day-to-day transactional finance: full P2P cycle in Xero, supplier reconciliations and payments, invoicing and receivables, bank allocations, cashbook updates, reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and preparation of reporting packs. Maintain SOPs, ensure SARS compliance (Section 18A), support audit-readiness, and drive monthly process improvements and automation projects.
