Lead and build the RevOps function: design scalable HubSpot CRM and revenue infrastructure, own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, attribution, and compensation support. Align GTM teams with processes and SLAs, deliver BI, executive reporting, data integrity, and adopt AI-driven workflows to scale revenue from $10M to $50M+ ARR.

Prospect and qualify chiropractic practices via outbound/inbound outreach, run discovery to uncover operational pain, create urgency tied to business impact, and schedule high-quality demos while maintaining CRM hygiene and collaborating with AEs.
