Build and maintain full-stack messaging and communication workflow features for the Recura product, including inboxes, message threading, conversation states, automations, and event-driven experiences. Integrate backend services with frontend interfaces, collaborate with infrastructure and product engineers, ensure reliability, and participate in on-call incident response. The role requires product ownership, startup experience, and comfort working across frontend and backend codebases.
