Build the marketing funnel, manage automation and attribution, develop messaging and content, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, establish performance KPIs, and connect marketing activity to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. Manage marketing budgets, testing initiatives, project timelines, and optimization efforts in a remote-first environment.

Manage roadmaps, budgets, testing, stakeholders, external partners, and marketing operations while optimizing performance across paid media, email, content, and sales enablement.

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by building relationships with potential clients, managing leads, presenting proposals, and collaborating on outreach strategies.

Drive new client acquisition across North America through research-driven prospecting, cold outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), discovery conversations, tailored proposals, pipeline management and reporting. Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategy, pricing and proposals, and represent the agency at industry events to grow relationships and close performance-marketing engagements.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce clients. Own strategy, budgets, bidding, product feeds, and measurement (GA4) to improve ROAS, CPA, and profitability. Collaborate with clients and creative/paid social teams to scale revenue-driven campaigns and stay ahead of platform updates.

Manage and optimize email programs for ecommerce clients using Klaviyo: build flows, design campaigns, own onboarding, align with paid media, analyze performance, and improve deliverability and retention tied to revenue.
