Lead North American demand generation strategy and integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content syndication, partners, and events. Own lead lifecycle management, marketing technology, budgets, attribution, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and marketing teams to grow qualified pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, and sales velocity. Manage or mentor team members while building scalable programs and fostering experimentation and continuous optimization.

Manage and optimize product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok and marketplaces. Analyze performance (CTR, ROAS), troubleshoot feed issues, run audits, report insights, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal and client teams to drive visibility and conversion.

Manage onboarding and technical implementations for ecommerce customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining requirements, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery and customer success for Athos Commerce products.

Lead and execute the EMEA partnerships strategy, recruit and enable agency, systems integrator, platform, and vendor partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, liaise between partners and internal Sales/Customer Success, produce regional partner assets, track partnership metrics, represent Athos at events, and align regional initiatives with global product and GTM priorities.

Lead EMEA sales and partner growth for Athos Commerce, driving new business, partner-sourced revenue, and account expansion. Build and scale regional sales and partnerships teams, align go-to-market with global strategy, partner with Customer Success/Marketing/Product, represent the company externally, and enforce pipeline discipline and forecasting.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead coverage. Book discovery meetings, qualify prospects, and hand off opportunities to AEs. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow cadences, meet activity targets, and partner with sales on account planning and messaging improvements.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and migration of clients onto the feed management platform: gather requirements, map data sources, configure feed rules and category mappings, audit and optimize product feeds (Google Shopping, Meta, marketplaces), troubleshoot data quality and feed rejections, train clients, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver projects on time.
