Supervise the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, vendor issue resolution, reporting, and internal controls. Oversee pre-litigation operations for a personal injury law firm, managing case managers, paralegals, and team leads. Responsibilities include workload assignment, performance management, workflow optimization, SOP development, compliance, KPI monitoring, case documentation, and cross-department coordination. The role ensures cases progress efficiently from intake through litigation while maintaining quality, productivity, and client service standards.

Oversee litigation operations across multiple states by supervising and developing Team Leads, implementing standardized SOPs, monitoring case workflows and deadlines, coordinating cross-state initiatives, delivering training, and analyzing Filevine and BigQuery performance data.
