Own and operate end-to-end claims servicing for treaty and delegated authority reinsurance portfolios. Responsibilities include claims intake, triage, tracking, escalation, bordereaux and reserve coordination, settlement support, stakeholder management, reporting, audit controls, and process improvement. The role requires reducing claim ageing, resolving data and payment issues, maintaining accurate financial status records, and ensuring claims handling aligns with contract terms, authorities, and compliance requirements.

Owns the operational integrity of Lloyds business across placement and servicing. Responsibilities include reviewing operational readiness, coordinating contract and transaction setup, managing reconciliations and exceptions, ensuring accurate premium, claims, bordereaux, and market processing, creating controls and training, and advising on workflows, data requirements, products, and systems changes.

Oversee Insurance Broking Accounts, including premium and claims fund processing, collections, cash allocation, reconciliations, credit control, aged debt management, cash-flow monitoring, and financial reporting. The role partners with Finance, broking teams, clients, brokers, and external counterparties while ensuring FCA CASS, internal control, and accounting compliance. It also supports process improvements and operational efficiencies.
