Own and scale PhoenixAI’s multi-channel paid media programs across search, social, programmatic, account-based advertising, and content channels. Build closed-loop attribution from ad spend to pipeline, manage tracking standards, optimize landing pages and conversion rates, run structured experiments, oversee budgets and vendors, and report performance against SQLs and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with GTM Systems, product marketing, content, design, Finance, and leadership.

Lead presales technical evaluations, presentations, customized demos, solution architecture, and proof-of-concepts for an Agentic AI Database. Guide customers through onboarding and deployment, drive adoption and expansion, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as a trusted post-sale partner. Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams while documenting evaluations and supporting webinars, conferences, and thought leadership.

Drive enterprise sales for PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database by creating and executing sales plans, identifying and qualifying opportunities, building executive relationships, collaborating on marketing-led business development, and accurately logging CRM activities to meet revenue targets.

Develop and maintain the Cloud Control Plane, design user-facing features, and ensure a reliable product experience for cloud users.

The role involves developing and maintaining the StarRocks database system, enhancing software features, ensuring performance, and collaborating with open-source contributors.

Sell PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database to enterprise accounts by developing and executing sales plans, qualifying opportunities, building executive relationships with AI/data leaders, collaborating on marketing-driven business development, and accurately tracking CRM activities to meet revenue targets.

Partner with sales to demonstrate PhoenixAI, design and lead PoCs, architect customer solutions for large-scale agentic AI data workloads, document evaluations, and represent the company in webinars and conferences to secure technical wins.

Lead product design and execution for core analytical database capabilities: conduct user research and competitive analysis, write PRDs, partner with engineering through delivery, monitor post-launch adoption, and iterate on database internals and features.
