Lead day-to-day implementation and trading of ETF portfolios across strategies and asset classes. Execute and oversee trades in equities, options, and fixed income using Bloomberg AIM/OMS, ensure best execution, reconcile positions and settlements, monitor performance versus benchmarks, improve trading workflows, and mentor a team of AVPs, Associates, and Analysts while coordinating with brokers, market makers, custodians, and operations.

Manage and execute leveraged ETF portfolios, trading equities, options and fixed income; handle trade allocation, settlement and reconciliation; work with prime brokers/market makers; use Bloomberg and Excel; improve trading processes and partner with operations to ensure fund objectives and regulatory adherence.

Manage and execute day-to-day ETF portfolio operations including trade execution, reconciliations, compliance reporting, client liaison, and portfolio oversight. Support rebalances, ETF baskets, prepare quarterly reports, and identify process improvements while adhering to firm policies and risk frameworks.

This role involves the ownership and optimization of Bloomberg and trading platforms, partnering with traders to improve workflows and system configurations.

Implement investment policy controls in Bloomberg AIM and manage the full trading compliance lifecycle for ETFs, including pre- and post-trade monitoring, exception documentation, issue identification, and stakeholder communication. Support portfolio oversight, use compliance systems and analytics tools, and streamline processes with AI tools while ensuring adherence to ETF disclosure documents and regulatory requirements.

Provide capital markets support for ETF issuers and asset managers across trading, liquidity, market structure, operations, and fund governance. Serve as client-facing contact, coordinate with market participants, prepare board and client materials, manage projects, and ensure regulatory and operational adherence across domestic and international markets.

Manage and execute trades for leveraged ETFs across equities, options, and swaps; handle trade allocation, settlement, and reconciliation; use Bloomberg and institutional platforms; collaborate with prime brokers, market makers, portfolio managers, and operations to optimize execution and fund performance; analyze markets and improve trading processes while ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Manage end-to-end operational execution of high-volume ETF launches, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, maintaining launch documentation, communicating with clients, mitigating risks, and improving processes to ensure timely, accurate launches and a strong client experience.

Manage and implement ETF portfolios, perform daily portfolio reconciliation and trade execution, support compliance reporting and oversight, prepare quarterly reports, and collaborate with trading and client teams to ensure accurate operations and risk-aware portfolio management.
