Serve as first point of contact for customers, manage and update support tickets via phone/email/web, troubleshoot common technical issues, escalate complex cases, support customer onboarding and product training, maintain product knowledge of Xirgo telematics, and report recurring issues. Role covers American business hours with rotating 8-hour shifts.

Lead LATAM commercial strategy from Mexico: build pipeline, close enterprise and channel deals for IoT/telematics fleet solutions, manage strategic accounts, drive revenue, represent Xirgo regionally, and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor offerings for LATAM customers.
