Manage incoming post-closing/trailing documents, perform LOS data entry and reporting, follow up with settlement companies and attorneys, clear investor conditions, audit and ship closed loan files to investors, and resolve title or loan defects while coordinating with internal teams.

Perform daily loan funding, investor purchase, cash and warehouse bank reconciliations; process wire transfers and accounts payable; record general ledger entries; ensure transactions comply with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements; produce ad hoc reports and support closing team communication.
