Guide customers through applications, answer calls and emails, resolve issues, ensure paperwork is complete and timely, and contribute feedback to product improvements. The role requires strong communication, responsiveness, organization, customer-facing experience, daily AI use, and availability for nights and weekends. It is remote within the U.S., with preference for Central or Eastern Time zones.

Call approved applicants, present and sell loan offers, complete and verify paperwork, answer borrower questions, keep deals moving to close loans, provide timely customer support, and meet quota while contributing to team culture.

Lead cross-functional initiatives for an early-stage fintech: drive GTM execution, own projects end-to-end, write PRDs and work with engineers/designers, run talent acquisition for hard-to-fill roles, prepare investor and board materials, visit customers and trade shows, and act as a hands-on strategic partner to the CEO.
