Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and sustain cloud-native, containerized microservices for large-scale enterprise compute environments. Implement IaC (Ansible/Puppet), CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot system issues, produce technical documentation and SOPs, mentor junior engineers, and provide Tier III on-call support for DoD/IC missions.

Participate in full SDLC, support installation and operational deployment, troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhance performance and security, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in Agile teams with DevSecOps and cloud architects.

Lead cloud testing for DoD/IC missions: develop and execute test plans, automate tests, validate IaC and containerized deployments (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker), support CI/CD, analyze defects, and ensure production readiness in AWS environments.

Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain secure cloud-based Linux infrastructure and large-scale distributed data platforms (Hadoop/Accumulo). Implement automation (Bash/Python), configuration management (Puppet), patching, access controls, storage/backup, and incident response. Collaborate with engineering, network, and cybersecurity teams, maintain documentation and SOPs, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation to ensure availability and security for mission-critical systems.

Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance Java enterprise applications for large-scale distributed computing. Support CI/CD, IaC (Ansible/Puppet), containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) microservices, troubleshoot production issues, participate in architecture and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide Tier III on-call support within Agile teams.

Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities across enterprise networks, systems, and cloud; conduct Red/Blue/Purple Team operations; analyze logs, network traffic, and telemetry; map adversary behaviors using MITRE ATT&CK; recommend mitigations and support remediation and continuous monitoring. Requires occasional OCONUS travel and reporting.

Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS GovCloud environments; build and optimize CI/CD pipelines; enforce federal security and compliance (NIST/RMF/FedRAMP/STIGs); automate infrastructure with Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible; deploy and manage container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS/Fargate); implement monitoring and security tooling (CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Splunk/ELK); develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell); collaborate with developers and cybersecurity teams to integrate security into the SDLC.

Develop and design data pipelines, optimize data delivery and automate processes to support end-to-end solutions in various settings.
